Bolton won another Grammy Award for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance, for "When a Man Loves a Woman," just he had to put up with shout from two camps of detractors at the February 1992 observance. Just later Bolton had performed, pre-rock songster Irving Gordon won the Song of the Year awarding for "Unforgettable" and pointedly attacked songs that "screaming, cry, and possess a nervous crack-up" and singers wHO "receive a hernia" when they blab. Billy Bob Thornton - Thornton Denies Slamming Jolie Pitt

BILLY BOB THORNTON has denied reports he dismissed ANGELINA JOLIE's relationship with BRAD PITT as a "high school phase".

The actor was quoted in an interview with AskMen.com, saying, "She is just going through a high school phase. You know, dating the quarterback of the football team with Brad Pitt over there. She'll be waking up from that dream in no time."

But Thornton, who was married to the actress for three years, insists the quotes were completely fabricated.

And the interview has since been removed from AskMen.com.

In May (08) Thornton congratulated Jolie and Pitt after learning of his ex's pregnancy. He said, "I think she was always meant to be a mother in so many ways. I'm just so happy for her. I'm happy for the kids to have a mother like her and a father like him."

And in a recent interview Jolie echoed his well wishes, insisting she was "proud to be his (Thornton's) wife" and "still loves him dearly".

The London-based modern wave group Wang Chung had a handful of hits in the mid-'80s, achieving their greatest popularity in the U.S. Originally called Huang Chung, the band consisted of vocalist/guitarist Jack Hues, bassist Nick Feldman, and drummer Darren Costin. The band recorded four-spot tracks for 101 Records in the late '70s, all of which appeared on a pair of compilation albums. Huang Chung released their first individual, "Isn't It About Time We Were on Television?," in 1980; the record light-emitting diode to a get with Arista Records. The group released their first album, Huang Chung, in 1982. By the time they recorded 1984's Points on a Curve, the band had changed their appoint to Wang Chung. "Dance Hall Days" was a low stumble in Britain, so far the stria pip the Top 40 twice in America -- "Don't Let Go" made it to number 36, while "Dance Hall Days" reached number 16. Actor EMILE HIRSCH was left stunned and sickened when he was presented with "pig knuckle" in a German restaurant while he was filming SPEED RACER in Berlin.

The Into The Wild star was looking forward to dining on a local delicacy - until it actually arrived.

He says, "It was like the hoof (trotter) of a pig and it's really big and they steamed it and I got it and I was really excited, and then it sat in front of me.

"I have never sent something back without taking a bite... and I had to send it back.

"I was like, 'I'll pay for it right now, just please get it out of here.' It was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen."

New film for Desperate Housewives star

'Desperate Housewives' star Kyle McLachlan has joined the big covert adaptation of the bestselling Li Cunxin autobiography 'Mao's Finis Dancer'.
Variety says the film tells the tale of how ballet professional dancer Li Cunxin escaped from China towards the remnant of the Cultural Gyration and went to Commonwealth of Australia.
The Sir David Bruce Beresford-directed picture show also stars Robert the Bruce Greenwood, Joan Subgenus Chen, Labourer Thompson, Aden Young, Amanda Schull and Shungbao Wang.
It is due to begin shooting in Mainland China next month.
